Service Description
The Precision & Flow Class is inspired by Manu Yoga School, which is rooted in the Tantric philosophy of Kashmir Shaivism. The teachings are shared from a non-dualistic perspective, where nothing is right or wrong, but everything is consciousness. The method applied is Precision and Flow, in which the dynamism of Hatha-Vinyasa sequences is expressed with clarity and an understanding of the different aspects of yoga. This methodology is also combined with a gentle flow rhythm in order to slow down and connect with yourself. Awareness of the breath supports smooth and fluid movements, encouraging inner listening while developing flexibility, balance, and strength. This class is ideal for beginners and for anyone willing to practice.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling of this class must be made at least 3 hours in advance to allow for the possibility of rescheduling the session. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 3 hours’ notice, you will not be able to cancel or reschedule and will lose that class. Thank you for your understanding, as this allows us to respect the work and time of our teachers. After purchasing a plan, you will not be asked for your card details again to book the sessions included in that plan. For rescheduling or cancellations, go to the "Bookings" page in your member area. If you want to change your booking to a class with the same teacher, choose "reschedule session". If you want to change your booking to a class with a different teacher, you will need to cancel the session and book a new one.
