I am passionate about the world of yoga, its origins, everything that surrounds it and that allows me to stay involved in the world, with everything that surrounds us, in a constant connection between us and the universe.
Everything I share comes from a practice and exploration that I follow day after day, complementing my training in Hatha Yoga and Precision and Flow. Yoga is one of the most powerful tools for connecting with the outer and inner world, constantly reminding us of the basis of our existence. It is a privilege to share with you a little of this practice that inspires me deeply every day.

I have a degree in Biotechnology Engineering and yoga has been a part of my life for about 20 years. I am the mother of a 10-year-old girl and have been teaching adult yoga for 15 years and children's yoga for 10 years. Since my childhood, I have sought inner balance in nature.
I use aromatherapy to create synergy with Yoga, through natural solutions. I have specialized in Yoga in Pregnancy, Yoga Therapy and Yoga of Death, certified by YAP, to complement my purpose.
Yoga is a way for me to be in life, with more Consciousness.

My greatest passion is yoga, the sea and nature. I am constantly searching for my truth and purpose. I live near the beach and never miss an opportunity to go to the sea, where I find myself and find inspiration. Yoga and nature nourish me every day. I consider yoga to be a way of life, on and off the mat, a tool for self-discovery, which helps me find balance and inspires me.
It fills my heart to be able to do this, trying to bring structure and movement, energy and lightness to the classes. A space where everyone is welcome and I invite you to be with us, breathe and feel everything that yoga can offer us.

I moved to Lisbon 5 years ago, drawn by the charm of Portugal and driven by the need to dive deeper into a journey of self-discovery.
I fell in love with the practice of yoga while simultaneously discovering a new light and a reconnection with myself, rooted in the movement of the body. Learning to breathe helped me to return, to be conscious and present, both mentally and physically.
Yoga reveals to me and teaches me every day the opportunity to be reborn again, the closeness to the Divine, and the beauty of being and feeling alive.

I'm Carolina, a Portuguese yoga teacher with a passion for movement and mindfulness.
I also teach barre, bringing strength and fluidity into my classes.
I used to be a professional show jumping rider and now carry that same dedication into my teaching.
Having completed my degree in Global Design, I integrate my creative background into my classes, creating flows that connect the mind, body, and breath. Outside the studio, I enjoy exploring creative hobbies that continue to inspire my approach to teaching.

Sofia is an experienced yoga teacher, certified and registered with the Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500+). She teaches yoga, while both learning and sharing her knowledge.
Her background in clinical psychology inevitably brings a psychotherapeutic component to all the work she develops.
Her greatest wish is, through yoga, to provide a welcoming and safe space where each person can embark on a sincere journey of self-exploration and self-knowledge.

Hi! I’m Madalena, a yoga teacher and student. In 2023, I completed my 200-Hour training at Manu School of Yoga, in Portugal. I’ve been practicing regularly and consistently for five years with my teacher, believing in the importance of keeping learning, curiosity, and presence alive in every breath.
In my classes I weave the grounded strength of Hatha with the flowing energy of Vinyasa, creating a practice that awakens the body and calms the mind. Passionate about the ocean, a surfer and a traveler, I draw my greatest inspiration for each practice from nature and the world around me.

In my classes, the goal is to awaken the body, release tension, and allow you to feel amazing while moving, dancing, and playing with awareness and joy.

I am a yoga and facial yoga teacher and I facilitate retreats, integrating into what I teach the way yoga has helped me slow down, listen to the body and create more balance.
With a background rooted in movement, I teach a functional and conscious approach to yoga, designed for real life and everyday needs.
In my classes, the focus is on intelligent movement, alignment and breath as a foundation, helping to build a stronger, more mobile body with less pain. I believe in an accessible practice, where each person can move with more presence and respect for their own rhythm.
