I've never done yoga. Where do I start?
Show up and try it out. Rather than focusing on whether the classes are suitable for beginners, explore and find a class and teacher that you connect with, that makes sense to you and that meets your needs at the moment. Everything else will come with practice and time.

what to bring to classes?
You can bring your own mat, but if you don't have one, we also have them available at the venue, as well as cushions, blankets, bolsters, among others.
ENROLLMENTS & COMPENSATIONS
how to proceed with registration?
Registrations are made directly with each teacher.
Our Studio welcomes different teachers, with equivalent conditions but who may offer different modalities (for example, monthly fees vs class packs).

Yes, places are limited. Always book your class with the teacher at the time you want, to make sure there is a place for you.
I missed a class, can I make it up?
Enrollment involves a commitment to a teacher and a schedule.
If the teacher you signed up with has several available time slots, you just need to confirm with him/her when you can make up your time.
If you have signed up with a teacher who only teaches one class per week, this absence cannot be made up with another class from another teacher within the Studio. In this case, please check with your teacher to see if there is another option for making up for this absence.
THE SPACE
is there a place to park?
In the Studio area, there is a lot of free parking.
If you come by car, you will always find a place to park.
I went to the studio to ask for information and it was closed?
The studio is often only open during class times.

do they have a shower and space to change clothes?
We do not have a shower but there is a hall where you can change your clothes and leave your things.
