Service Description
These classes are a dance between structure and fluidity. The breath becomes the guiding thread, and each gesture opens a portal beyond the body. Matter becomes merely a gateway, and we journey through the history, philosophy, and mythology of yoga. On the mat, we explore shapes, but also meaning—on a journey that brings us back to our essence, where the visible meets the invisible, bringing life and color to both the mat and to life itself.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling of this class must be made at least 3 hours in advance to allow for the possibility of rescheduling the session. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 3 hours’ notice, you will not be able to cancel or reschedule and will lose that class. Thank you for your understanding, as this allows us to respect the work and time of our teachers. After purchasing a plan, you will not be asked for your card details again to book the sessions included in that plan. For rescheduling or cancellations, go to the "Bookings" page in your member area. If you want to change your booking to a class with the same teacher, choose "reschedule session". If you want to change your booking to a class with a different teacher, you will need to cancel the session and book a new one.
