In my classes I weave the grounded strength of Hatha with the flowing energy of Vinyasa, creating a practice that awakens the body and calms the mind.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is necessary, it can be done at least four hours in advance to allow for rescheduling. Cancellations made less than four hours before the session will result in a full session fee. To reschedule or cancel, please visit the "Appointments" page in your member area.
