Not limited to a single style, these Hatha Yoga classes are equally influenced by Vinyasa and Iyengar Yoga, combining the dynamism of movement with the use of props.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling of this class must be made at least 3 hours in advance to allow for the possibility of rescheduling the session. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 3 hours’ notice, you will not be able to cancel or reschedule and will lose that class. Thank you for your understanding, as this allows us to respect the work and time of our teachers. After purchasing a plan, you will not be asked for your card details again to book the sessions included in that plan. For rescheduling or cancellations, go to the "Bookings" page in your member area. If you want to change your booking to a class with the same teacher, choose "reschedule session". If you want to change your booking to a class with a different teacher, you will need to cancel the session and book a new one.
