A dynamic practice that may also include some somatic and free movement. Always maintaining a connection with the breath, we'll explore a theme in each class as a living process, through conscious alignments and a connection with each sensation.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is necessary, it can be done at least four hours in advance to allow for rescheduling. Cancellations made less than four hours before the session will result in a full session fee. To reschedule or cancel, please visit the "Appointments" page in your member area.
