Service Description
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and flowing practice that combines strength, flexibility, and stamina. Following a carefully designed sequence, the practice aims to open and strengthen the entire body while cultivating focus and inner awareness. I believe the practice should adapt to each student’s body and needs. With mindful attention to breath and movement, students are guided through the traditional sequences at their own pace, discovering both the physical and meditative dimensions of Ashtanga Yoga.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is necessary, it can be done at least four hours in advance to allow for rescheduling. Cancellations made less than four hours before the session will result in a full session fee. To reschedule or cancel, please visit the "Appointments" page in your member area.
