Welcome to our little corner in Ajuda, Lisbon!
Our small yoga studio is
a welcoming space, where you can come and connect with yourself, through various different modalities, teachers and therapies.
The space, directly connected to the street, has plenty of natural light and, in addition to the studio where we practice, you can find a shop and a pantry, where tea, fruit and snacks are regularly available for you.
