Through the vibrations of different instruments, the sound leads you into a state of deep relaxation, helping you release tension and regain inner balance.
All you need to do is lie down, close your eyes, and let yourself be carried away by the sound.
Bring comfortable and warm clothing, socks, an extra blanket, and, if you wish, an eye mask to immerse yourself even more deeply in this experience.
